These terms and conditions outline the policies and responsibilities of the Amazing Trip and its customers to ensure a smooth and transparent service experience. By availing of services from the Amazing Trip, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation:

• Bookings will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
• The agency reserves the right to deny bookings if payments are not made within the stipulated time.

Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or online payment gateways.
• Additional charges may apply for card or international transactions.

Final Payment:

The full payment must be made before the departure date unless specified otherwise.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or letter).

Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and are as follows:

• 30 days or more before the trip: 10% of the total cost.
• 15–29 days before the trip: 25% of the total cost.
• 7–14 days before the trip: 50% of the total cost.
• Less than 7 days before the trip: No refund.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days after the cancellation.
• Non-refundable components like flights, visas, or special permits will not be refunded.

Force Majeure:

The agency is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Liability

Limited Liability:

The agency acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies). It is not liable for service failures, accidents, or damages caused by third parties.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during the trip.

Force Majeure Events:

The agency is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control.
